I had Carl as a home healthcare nurse for 4 months he was amazing. Best service I ever got he was kind funny and knew his job and did it incredibly. I wasn’t always the best patient but he knew just how to handle me. He’s a 5 star guy across the board!!!
Horrible agency...The agency contacted me regarding a referral from my doctor. From the beginning they all had a "my way or the highway " type of attitude. Anytime you questioned them or their quality of care they became extremely defensive. I gave simple negotiations like " don't contact the day of an appointment telling me you want to stop by" or "don't keep sending a bunch of random people to my house, i would like one or two nurses that way we have time to build a relationship and the nurses have the opportunity to learn... read more
I rate this organization 5 stars or 10 out of a possible 10 with 10 being the highest rating possible. Having had experience with other home health care providers in the past, Desert Home Health is head and shoulders above all of them. I recently had knee replacement surgery, and was lucky enough to follow a friends recommendation and choose Desert Home Health. All of their people were extremely courteous , capable and caring.
