I am concerned about the treatment received by my minor child at this specific facility. During a recent visit, my minor child was placed in a room alone without her mother’s access. Furthermore, a male doctor entered the room without parental authorization. Parents are strongly advised to be vigilant about the physicians who treat our minor children. The treatment my daughter and I received today during her first OB visit was very traumatic.
Very complete appointment. Great staff. Dr. Is very knowledgeable and easy to approach. They all speak Spanish, that’s a plus for non English speakers.
Very respectful Dr. Ballon listens to you.
