Everyone here is so kind and loving. My fur babies are so loved and well cared for. I could not ask for better medical care/treatment anywhere, and I have been elsewhere.
We have been taking our pets here for years. The best vets in the Reno area in my opinion, wouldn't go anywhere else!
I Love Desert Hills Animal Hospital!!! All the staff are very caring!!! Dr. Brock is so amazing and caring to both animal and human patients she takes her time and doesn't rush people out and she listens and lets us ask questions she was so caring when I had to put my daschund down my daschund being 18 years old and Dr. Brock now is helping me with my mini daschund now too.
By far the best vet I have been to. They are so friendly and genuinely care about you and your fur baby. My dog needed emergency surgery and the second I arrived they were waiting for her and took her right back. I never have to wait when my babies need their shots and it's never crowded. Highly recommended!
Recommend Desert Hills to every. The Doctors & staff create a warm, pet-centric atmosphere. The care and TLC is off the chart, there are not enough stars to give them (maybe 5 to the highest exponent). When we moved here in 2005, I visited lots of local vet clinics before someone recommended Desert Hills. As soon as I walked in with my Doxie, Capri, we knew we had found our "doggie clinic" home.
Dr. Brock, Dr. Coates and the Desert Hills staff take exceptional care of my aging German Shepherd, Keo.
We moved to Sparks from South Carolina a year ago. Changing doctors for us and our pets is always a hassel. We wanted a smaller vet with more intimate atmosphere. When we looked online , Dessert Hills fit the bill. Dr. Vittori and her staff are wonderful, personable, animal lovers who don't rush you out the door but treat you kindly and love on your pets. Both of our poodles have great experiences and are seen soon, usually the same day we call.
We take our pups here, and they are absolutely amazing. Dr. Brock did an amazing job on my dog Jake's surgery, and they are always very caring and willing to help you out, however possible. I'm very thankful for them. ❤️
