RecommendedDesert Heights is an awesome school! It is exactly like a community and makes everyone feel like that they're family. I love the fact that Principal Mrs. Miller and President Mr. Jiles knows each and every student by name and their parents by name as well. The school and teachers communicate effectively and listen to what the parents have to say. My 2 kids have grown so much in their first year at Desert Heights and it shows in their lives at home. When I consider a change of schools for my kids, there are many things I look for. For one, the principal, vice principal MUST be verifiably honest. Having pretty advanced training in military interrogation, I know when people are being dishonest. My questions are geared toward making certain my children are in an environment with competent leaders of integrity. Terrible school focused only on sports and money. Kicked me out my junior year after I suffered a bout of depression due to being bullied and ostracized at the school. Rather than protect me, they protected the bullies who spun the situation around against me and forced me into making myself lesser around them. This is not a good school for anyone who isn’t a preppy neurodivergent sheep. For this school to be good there needs to be a complete fitting of the employees. Your job was to protect students and you did not.
They are great kids taught well supporting sports

Grandson both attended since opening and last one just graduated. Now have 2 great grandkids attending We believe in Mr Giles and all other staff. Family feeling through grades. Valverde and Varga grand and great grandparents

One of the best schools around Educating students in a well rounded way to prepare them for real life. Great academics, great sports program and great environment regarding community service.
The school & social cultural needs moral improvement.
Amazing school, great teachers. All 3 of our children go here, senior, freshmen and 5th grade. The Sports programs here are awesome. We love how they prepare the children for college!
