first experience, utilities not included in the rent, the website claims weekend hours for the office, but both days no one was working, people waiting at the gate for someone else to open it. but besides that, it is secured, everything looks nice but the little things are what add up and it would be nice to have an apartment complex that doesnt have a bunch of these inconveniences and issues.
Friendly staff. Only issues are washer and dryer maintenance. Other issue is the parking lot yellow strips need to be refreshed. Some are not clear which causes double parking.
