Probably one of the better apartment options in Barstow. Just don't plan on getting much of your $700 deposit back. They would get much better reviews if they were upfront about the mandatory fees that get taken out of the deposit.
Apartment is nice. Complex really provided a clean unit. Heidi. Eva, and Ishmael were great representatives of the company. Front gate hasn't been working for a week which was one of the big sellers.
Got woke up out my sleep to come help a friend out in the apartment had to make hospital trip long story short got back lil late no parking place so in see open handicap spot no sign saying they going to tow if u park there it was two in the morning had to be up early didn’t see an issue to I woke up and my car was towed to lenwood they wanted 435$ to get my car they he said if owner or manager say it was first time offense he could waiver the fees, if somebody from the office, call him and guess what they didn’t wanna do it... read more
