Desert heights is a good community to live in, very safe. Although in my two years of living here I noticed some things. They are constantly turning off water and ac for maintenance especially at the most inconvenient times. There are times where they give you notice last minute. Last thing but to me most major thing is parking. They need to regulate parking, have residents update cars on lease, or maybe even assigned parking. Well-maintained. Friendly staff. Quick response to maintenance issues. Excellent appliances. Grounds kept pristine. Friendly staff and neighbors. Excellent heating and air conditioning. Pretty much insect and rodent free, garbage bins and area are always cleaned. Dislikes include no assigned parking and lack of available spaces, inability to use club house for small events, lack of use of tennis court, only 2 exercise machines in exercise room, both frequently broken and there's no air in there, garages are separate and expe... read more
