The front desk lady I talked to this afternoon was rude and short . Dr Pouriza needs to retire. He has the bedside manner of a billygoat. Got mad at me for going to ER , when a 24/7 nurse advisor called because I wouldn't. He blamed Desert Regional Hospital for not doing a repeat test I had in his office 6 days before . He is rude and crude to his staff , in front of patients. No wonder his desk people are rude . This place is a joke. Office staff are rude and don't know how to do their job. Multiple canceled appointments, and being hung up on everytime I tried to call show that all this place care about is their social media account. They do not care about anything to do with their patients, just the views they are going to get on YouTube.
