Staff are horrible
Dr. Fisher is great. All the staff are friendly and kind. First time patient.
I recently had to be sent for testing for a scary health concern and was told I would receive follow up right away and almost two weeks later still nothing only and then an email saying they tried to reach me but I have zero missed calls or other emails. When I called regarding my concerns the office staff member was unable to answer my questions regarding when I was followed up with and instead only offered to cancel my appointment since I said I don’t feel confident with the front office. For others reading this, please understand that if you like waiting pass your appointment time this is not the care clinic you need. This clinic needs training on how to perform better as a team. Doctors need to be held responsible for this issue. Until this gets fixed, this practice will disappear slowly.
