This office does not care if you live or die. The front desk clerks are immoral, unprofessional, and have zero concern for patient health. They will refuse medical care even if you beg them to help and even if you're early to an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE. The doctors here clearly do not care about patients either as they allow this to go on and are responsible for the reprehensible and sickening behavior of their office clerks. They should be ashamed.
Do NOT go to this place!!! Front desk staff is rude and very unprofessiona. I don't have anything against people with tattoos, I have them myself, but when youre working in the medical field and you have them all over your arms and hands, they should cover it up just a little to make the place look decent, very unprofessional, plus the bad attitude, that seems to get around throught the staff. Who hired the front office and medical assistant personnel? Those are the WORST. They actually make the practice seem worse than it is. I had to get my own insurance approval and get everything over to a specialist because they were still "working on it" after five days. Funny thing, though, I can get it done myself in less than two days. You have to keep calling and hounding them for everything.
Desert Grove Family Medical has the rudest office staff I have ever encountered. They are ignorant, hasty and have no idea what the term “customer service” means. The wait-time has never been a problem for me when I have been there. However, the front office is a nightmare every time I walk in. They look at me with a blank stare when I ask questions and make me feel horrible when I call over the phone and ask them to re-send information to another office, that they originally screwed up! This practice only makes same day appointments. You must call right when the open at 8am. Maybe, if your lucky you'll get an appointment. My wife recommended them to me, she liked Dr. Lau. After three days of calling between 8am-8:10am, I finally got in. I was rushed in, and rushed out. I requested some blood work, cholesterol check, & to find out some other things going on, including a chest x-ray due to shortness of breath I'd been experiencing.
