My rating is based purely on scheduling, which is horrible. The girl that scheduled my appointment said "Your appointment time is 12:30, but be there a half hour early." This girl, which I can only describe as a brat full of attitude, said I should be there by noon, which is the time the office closes for lunch. When I called back explaining to her that she said to be here a half hour early, and she argued with me. The level of unprofessionalism by this place is unreal. Scheduling always make ls things very difficult. They are very rude. Make things very difficult. The doctor was very nice but the scheduling is the worst I've come in contact with
Wow, no wonder all the reviews are so bad for this group. I just had my first experience with them and I will be finding another medical group to work with. Very unaccomminating and unwelcoming. My experience was basically the same as Jacob Campbell that he shared 8 months ago.
