I have been seeing Dr. Gary Annunziata for a number of years in Rancho Mirage. I find in to be very open, considerate, willing to investigate and thorough. If I had one complaint, it would not be about him, it would be about the difficulty in reaching someone at the front desk. That said, if you’re looking for a thorough endoscopic procedure, their center is professional, efficient, and full of Great people.
I am updating my earlier review of a few months ago from 1 to 4 stars. They've upped their game and are much more punctual in returning phone calls. Had a decent call with Dr. Duong who answered all my questions and was helpful
The office never picks up the phone, the follow up is very slow. I do not recommend this office and their services.
Dr. annunziata and especially nurse prac. Megan Lancaster is the best care I've received. But as you can tell from other reviews, answering the phone isn't that's office strong suit. But despite that, they have improved my living situation so much I'm staying with the treatment plan that annunziata and Lancaster have provided me.
