I have spoken to many people regarding mental health and life in general. Sonya Riske is by far one of the easiest people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She is kind, honest, and shows a tremendous amount of empathy and care. Sonya is wonderful, so if you need help, I recommend you see her!
I have been seeing Sonya for about 4 months now and have felt that she has been very responsive and helpful as well as insightful in bettering my mental health.
If you’re wanting compassionate care and someone that sees past a paycheck, look elsewhere. Had her as my psychiatrist during the summer of 2024.
I have been seeing Sonya Riske for about a year now and I’m so happy with her! I have not been as comfortable as I have been with her with any other psychiatrist. She really listens to me and I love how she lets me decide what I wanna do in regards to meds. Thx to her I am now on the proper meds that have helped improve my quality of life, I finally have enough energy to do stuff besides just laying in bed. I have been seeing Sonya Riske for a few months now and she has greatly improved the quality of my life. Her treatment approach is holistic and thoughtful, she took the time to assess me and my individual needs and provided me with many ways to change daily habits to improve my mental health. She also allowed me the option to take a medication but did not put any pressure on the idea. She is excellent at her job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough and thoughtful provider.
