Billing practices are very deceptive. This company has unfair billing practices, including attempting to over-bill hours, charging hours when plumbers would bring wrong equipment (twice), and charging plumbing hour rates vs. laborer rates for manual labor. Before starting work, the company had us sign a work order stating $100/hr plumber rate but then they add additional charges (everything costs extra!) to the same paperwork and claim that you signed for all of the work.
