I drive 80 miles round trip to see Dr Geller and have done so for the last 6 years on and off for various issues - his staff and his standard of care are top notch anything less than 5 stars is ridiculous his pedigree of surgeries and hospital privileges he carries speaks volumes for his ability to take care of his patients. Couldn't be happier
Everything was fine at first; called, got an appointment the same day. Once I checked out, I was told I would be contacted on Friday, 2 days later after the appointment. Fast forward over a month, and I'm still waiting for a call back. I've made numerous calls and always get forwarded to their voicemail. I've also left a number of messages, and still no call back. Now I'm in the verge of losing my job as a mailman at USPS, because of Desert Foot Surgeons negligence. I do not recommend this place to anyone, look elsewhere. On... read more
My husband was seen in the office on Wednesday, November 16th. We're now at Tuesday, December 27th awaiting results from the lab. The office is closed until January 3rd. They expect payment but aren't very good at follow-up based upon this experience. The blame was placed on the lab, but I'd be changing labs if I waited more than 2 weeks for the results. We'll be at almost 2 months before we stand a chance of getting results. Attention to detail is essential and providing good follow-up is a necessity in my opinion.
What an amazing clinic. I am so happy to be a patient with them. My feet have never felt so good!
I must admit, I was very reluctant to seek treatment for my sore foot but knew that something was wrong and it should be looked at. I found this office, along with several other offices in the area on the internet. I called each one to try to schedule an appointment ASAP.
