My objective was to reorder my orthotics. I was never told when I made the appointment that I would need to pay for my orthotics up front, per their "corporate policy". I was told this when I was at my appointment. I refused to pay up front until I talked to my insurance company. After talking with my insurance company, they informed me that there is NO out of pocket expense on my part for the orthotics.
