The people running this company enjoy watching their properties ruin witth underperforming and incompetent staff. The ******** area specifically. The building manager hired had zero building managment experience. after six months she continues to run the building in the ground with poor communication and zero business acumen. I moved out of a Conam Managed property in ******************, **** Triplexes. (*****) I lived there for 10 years. I left because I purchased a home. My settlement date for my deposit was 02/06/2025. I was informed the check was sent 02/05/2025. I never received the check. I reached out to Conam, (**** **** was who responded.) Back in ********* me and my roommates were having issues with our A/C leaking so much water to where it was overflowing a 5 gallon bucket. We made a lot of complaints on there maintenance part to help and in person and nothing was done just because we werent a high priority when our apartment was hitting 100 degrees not only us but my downstairs neighbors were getting the worse part when it would over flow in our apartment it was seeping into her apartment with kids and she was noticing mold and water damage to her cabinets.... read more
I moved out of a ConM property in October and its January and I still havent gotten my deposit back. Ive left dozens of messages and gotten zero response.
Conam management hires useless employees. Im still dealing with the fallout 4 years later being sued by a debit company even though I moved out a year previous to the case. I signed the proper paper work and turned it in to The Park at ******** reno nv twice to ***** ***** in the leasing office in 2019, and 2020 and for whatever reason they couldn't get my ex to sign stating I no longer lived there and allowed him to resign the lease with my name, without my knowledge nor did they attempt to contact me until he flaked on alm... read more
This place is a complete dump. Yadria the property manager, hires family and friends. They do not do their job. They do not fix anything, the place is infested with rats and roaches. It's diagusting
***** is a terrible property management company in **, **! They prey on poor people! They have promised me a full refund several times for an apartment deposit and rent. I attempted to rent from them with a housing voucher from the ******************. They gave my apartment away when I refused to break the rules of the program. They promised me a full refund of $771 back in January. I am a former resident of **** on Maple, formerly, Amli on Maple. After I decided to relocate, they refused to do a walk around with me. They sent me a bill in the email asking for additonal money. I called several times to get an explaination of the additonal cost, but failed to get a response. After 30 days of not hearing from them, I then received notficiation via email from a collection agency asking for the additonal cost. Conam is a scam. They move tenants in just for the money. They do not keep the property clean. Being that they do not enforce rules they are over run by stray animals and unaccompanied minors so the property is in fact disgusting. The grounds keeper spends more time talking to residents than she does cleaning. The office staff is horrible, maintenance is non existent even in an emergency and they force you to make your own repairs with no reimbursement or credit to your rent.
