Since I arrived here a year ago from the very first week I arrived the apartment has had cockroaches. No matter how much I clean and fumigate, they keep coming. The staff is extremely rude, & dismissive with any concern a paying tenant might have. I told them about an ongoing noise problem upstairs and all they basically said was to get over it until I pointed out in the lease were it says they WILL take care of disturbances.
