Horrible management. Inefficient staff. Repeated neglect of its senior tenants at the Volta Senior Apartments located 1t ***************************************************. This company forgot to provide me with a portal to pay my rent and never got back to my 4+ emails in 3 months. They then sent a debt collector after me after I even had a PHONE CALL with someone from Conam saying I had no way to pay. I also never received my security deposit back or any reason why. The conam management running the one in **************** near with the nest communities decided to get rid of security dumb idea. Now some apts are selling drugs with each other and do drugs all night long in laundry room since they got rid of security. Conam recently took over our property. Since then, management has been impossible to contact. No one ever gets back to us. We are told "they didnt get trained" and thats why. We were without a lease for 2 months because they didnt get us our renewal. I had to call 8 times and kept getting told they'll get to it. I live in the ***************** in **************, and I truly appreciate the staff. They are very friendly and do an excellent job. However, I would like to point out that some families allow their children to ride bicycles and play soccer outside of the designated playground area. This is quite dangerous, especially in the parking lot, as a car could accidentally hit them. Additionally, there are times when trash is left lying around, making the area messy and dirty.
