A current customer of DF. Not impressed at all. If you want to speak to the branch manager you have to send an email because she is never there. Does she respond? Not all. But it gets worse. We are looking for some investment help. Our branch referred us to a gentleman that I met with in person. Was told that with in 48 hours someone would contact us about a financial plan. We signed up with Desert Financial Credit Union when they were Desert Schools CU in 1995 and have been with them every since. We're always treated like 1st class. Keep up the excellent work.
Preface to this review is that we attempted to solve our banking issue over the phone, except all we could get was the ridiculous AI assistant, Dee. Completely unhelpful and frustrating to not be able to speak to and get help from a real person.
