I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5 stars. I had a frustrating and crazy experience many months ago. I applied for a HELOC on an investment property I own free and clear with SOFI. 1.I was not able to talk to a person over the phone. I only communicated by email. 2. Please dont get an account with this bank. I have had this account with direct deposit for a few months. I got a check via school refund went in branch to deposit check and now its being investigated for fraud. So I have no access to my account or any money. They have now left me stranded. All because they cant do their jobs correctly and see a check is real or verify funds. Update now they allowed someone to steal over 1300 dollars from my account.
