Please dont get an account with this bank. I have had this account with direct deposit for a few months. I got a check via school refund went in branch to deposit check and now its being investigated for fraud. So I have no access to my account or any money. They have now left me stranded. All because they cant do their jobs correctly and see a check is real or verify funds.

My mother has had an account here for years. We have loved the customer service and company and have always had exceptional service up until today. I went to this specific location to deposit money on behalf of my mother. I have never had issues depositing money for her. The guy, who I unfortunately did not catch his name, was helping us at the drive in teller Thursday 5/8 5pm, said he would deposit the money no problem when I arrived.
