I was so satisfied with the manner I was treated and attended to when I called the Mortgage Service Department for help in a transaction I made in the bank earlier. I was assisted by a representative and she was able to help me understand and explain the procedures of our mortgage transaction. I was very pleased to receive knowledge and professional information. As a business owner I always visit different locations around the valley. This is by far the worst one I’ve been to! I requested money from my account and they said they did not have it. When I asked to speak with a manager Erika refused to call her. As a bank you guys need to help the consumer manage and make them money. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Mountain America
ATM kept my $600 dollars and card while it went into reboot mode or whatever because I guess machine can’t count that high. WHY!!! Haven’t you’ll fixed or replaced ATM’s. I’m reading constant problems here with you’ll ATMs and handling about it. It’s Saturday night and God I pray this doesn’t become an issue getting my money back come morning or whenever you’ll decide to open. FIX YOUR ATMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aren’t you’ll tired of hearing about this problem?
We've been using this branch for our business for about 2 1/2 years and at least 2 out of 5 times they don't have any coins to change, is very frustrating to get to a financial institution you do regular business with and don't have a simple operation, we have to drive to another branch or go to diferent bank just for this. Update March 16 2025 I don't get it, with these many members and branches you would think they'll have at least 2 rolls of quarters 🤔 It's a struggle to wait in line for a long time and get to the window... read more
