Although the journey has been bumpy with this company. I can say that I’ve ran into one person my account manager Claudia. She definitely has a heart of gold and worked with me the best way she could. Unlike others who refused to understand real life situations happen. I got my engine “replaced” 2 days later the “new engine” failed. They gave me a hard time with towing my car to the shop ect. However I then had to use my money on ride share to get my kids to school & myself to work, leading me to be behind on my car payment.... read more
They have turned off my vehicle three times in the year and a half ive had it.All times my car was up to date on payment! I keep getting the same lady who says she's the only one that I can talk to! Who do you talk to when you're paying your loan and still having problems!!! Anyone know how to get to a supervisor or legal department?Maybe we all should just file a group lawsuit.This finance company is not professional.Plus I got this loan to help my credit I don't think it's even being reported.
