I visited this morning around 8 AM, December 3, and as someone who is new to the community, I expected at least a simple greeting or acknowledgment. Unfortunately, the young lady at the front desk — a young woman with long dark hair didn’t welcome me or make me feel attended to. She seemed more focused on her phone than on the customers walking in. This place could really benefit from better customer service training. Overall, it was a disappointing first experience
Great gym but the plugin air fresheners are absolutely vile. Cannot believe an establishment would use these in a workout space. Instant migraine and ruined my workout both days. Real drag as I am used to using this gym all winter long. I’ve been coming here to workout since 2019. Really ridiculous they think this is ok. A lot of people are allergic to these toxic things and they should be kept out of active spaces like these.
