First Class Service Department The personnel working for this dealership are some of the most professional and friendly people I have had the opportunity to meet. I've taken my car in many times for misc. repairs and have always been treated with the utmost respect. My car has always been repaired in a timely manner and at a minimal cost. I've even spoken directly to the mechanics on several occasions. PROS: CONS: None.
Desert European Motorcars I just bought the most beautiful car at Desert European Motorcars, a 2002 Mercedes Benz E-55, I just love it and the service that I received from Arash (the owner), Bill and Darryl was just excellent, they got me an exellent finance deal and saved me money, I purchased the car for $5000 behind book value and the car is just perfect! They have a great selection of used BMW's , Mercedes, Jaguars, Porsches and Land Rover's, the only thing not quite up to snuff was the detail job, but I'll forgive them ... read more
Insulting salesman I asked for a carfax, and the guy was totally insulting. His face totally changed. He smirked, who would want a carfax on a four thousand dollar car? I would, that's why I asked for it, thank you. I don't appreciate condescending salesmen, and would never, EVER go back and buy a car from this guy.
Excellent Service and Prices! The best experience buying a 2006 BMW 325i was at Desert European Motorcars. The sales team and the owner did everything to make my experience when dealing with them enjoyable. The service my car and they are always there for me when I have questions regarding my purchase.
