I scheduled an appointment specifically stating that another dentist had stated there would be a need of a repair to a previous root canal. Made the appointment 2+ weeks ahead of time and they stated they were leaving time for treatment on top of the exam and on the day of the appointment they stated that they do not have time to treat me. Horrible service and treatment of a customer and is unacceptable. Especially that they didn't update the patient that they wouldn't have treatment until the day of the appointment (which w... read more
I ended up needing a root canal while spending a few weeks in ST George. I called at 7:30 am expecting to leave a voicemail instead a cheery voice answered after my explanation she spent a few minutes and came up with a same day appointment because of cancellation. After the consultation they fit me in the procedure the next morning. Dr. Williams was very good. They emailed the X-rays and reports to my dentist up north. They even called the next day to make sure everything was okay.
Walked out of an appointment today because the doctor refused to wear a mask. I also had to remind his dental assistants to wear masks. One assistant didn't even have one.
I got a root canal and my tooth broke less than a week an a half later. I called to see if they would fix their work and $1,200 later was told no and there was no guarantee with the service. What a disappointment.
We were given Dr. Bether's name by our regular Dentist for my 16 year old son. I have seen a lot of bad reviews about Desert Endodontics, but our experience has been very positive. My son needed a lot of work done and Dr. Bethers did an excellent job on the work but also really worked with us to treat what needed to be treated and when something wasn't needed he gave us alternatives. We found Dr. Bethers to be really down to earth and skilled at what he does. My teenager really felt comfortable going to him. As far as billin... read more
The worst experience of my life! I had localized swelling before the RCT, but following my treatment by Dr. Bethers my entire face became swollen. I first thought it was a penicillin allergy but later I found out that it wasn't. I was sick for months and unable to work. After it was extracted, I had cellulitis of my face, yellow drainage from my skin, honey crust sores and ongoing sinus infections. The job was not done right and I suffered an entire year! Do not go here!!
Terrible experience. Do not have treatment here. Root canal, was infected and could not get an appointment for over a week. Was in extreme pain without relief. Was forced to seek treatment immediately at another provided. Then to add insult to injury billed me for the full amount and did not accept the insurance payment even though they assured me that they accepted my insurance.
Desert Endodontics has a 4.1 star rating with 120 reviews.
