This woman has a long history of being on probation with the Dental Board of California. If only I had known this before spending over a year waiting for completion of an implant. She overcharged my credit card saying I would be reimbursed but I have never seen any money coming back to me, she billed insurance for procedures never performed, allowed untrained office personnel to conduct procedures, dispensed drug with no paperwork, tried to install someone else’s tooth in my mouth, the office is filthy, and on the last visit... read more
I’ve been coming to the institute for over 5 years. Now a lot of people think that implants are just a foundation to build up for veneers because most people just want a pretty smile. But I knew I had many other problems, I had not been to a dentist in almost 25 years.
