I wrote a review earlier about Tori. She has been removed from our building and I appreciate that Justin and John listened to my complaint and have been exceptional at helping me with the communication problem I was having with the email situation. They are not talking down to me or making me feel stupid like Tori did. Since Tori is not longer in charge here it has been a huge difference already in the service and the way the residents are being treated.
If I could give them zero I would. Skyler was great, but since Tori Bradshaw has taken over and she is not helpful. She is rude and unhelpful. I will hopefully get our HOA board to get rid of these guys. I have heard residents complaining about them as well. Whatever we are paying them is too much. Just hired a company to collect our payment? Other than keeping our books (partially) they do nothing. Now they want an additional fee for a company to collect online payments.
