Top notch professional, caring and competent medical staff and Doctors. Efficiently run and managed
Dr. Mark Wilson of Desert ENT was truly exceptional. He was very thorough in his examination of me, explained things very well and, above all, was friendly and kind, He had a wonderful bedside manner and was very caring. I did not feel rushed during the visit and felt like he real listened. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needed an experienced ENT doctor.
We appreciate the way the staff treat us and number one how the doctor took care of husband needs, and explains everything that he needed to know, Thank-you very much
Dr.Vanderwerf is awesome. Office staff very nice too
Pro: Dr. Wilson is outstanding and has helped me with severe allergies. The staff is pleasant. Lots of parking. Cons: I waited for over 1 hour to see the doctor, and I had an early 9:20 am appointment. Suggestion: Please send in a nurse at the 30 minute waiting mark to update the patient. I felt overlooked and forgotten. It's hard sitting in a small room in an uncomfortable chair.
