Stevi Nahorniak is an absolutely abysmal property manager. Poor communication. Has to be hounded to address or handle any issues that arise. Defensive when called out on her poor service. Can't even get my name right when texting and communicating with me.

I owned a rental property in Reno and was told by the property management company they would no longer be managing the property. In a pinch, I found Phil Sunseri at Desert Diamonds Realty. Phil agreed to take over management of the property and put me in touch with plumbers and handymen that were able to make some much-needed repairs at a fraction of the cost I was being quoted by the previous management company.
