Our heat pump was putting out lukewarm heat. I called Desert Diamond Air as they were recommended by a friend. We had a technician out the next day...our old unit had a small refrigerant leak. Luis gave us a number of options from fixing it ($2500) with no guarantee that there may be more issues in the near future as it was already 10 years old to a new multi-level output "smart" unit with lots of bells and whistles ($14000+change). I was very pleased with Desert Diamond from the initial contact. Their office person, Kaitlyn, was courteous and efficient and set up a service call for within 2 hours that fit into my schedule. The technician, Daniel Mendoza, contacted me to let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived, he was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough.
