I called several times, as well as my mom, to make an appointment. I used to be a patient a few years ago and needed a check up and prescription refill. Receptionist is terrible. Hung up on us multiple times. Never called back to set up appointment. Need to hire new receptionist.

I had my 1st appointment as a new patient 05/09/25 at the Gilbert location scheduled at 3 pm. I was told to be there 15-20mins early, so I arrived at 1:45pm. When I walked into the clinic, the lobby was completely empty no patients and no front desk receptionist. About 15 mins go by and no one is still showing up to the front desk, but I can hear some sort of noise in the back office. I made an appointment with these fools and they sent me three emails telling me appointment confirmation and then in small print at the bottom it says this is not actually an appointment confirmation. And I drove all the way over there and nobody gave me a call I even took off work. Being a doctor myself I would never treat patients this way. I would avoid this place because they don’t have their you know what together.

Disorganized admin staff that has no idea how to manage the calendar. Canceled my surgery 30 min prior to its scheduled time, then simply never contacted me again. When I called back 2 weeks later, they didn't even know who I was and said I needed to start from the beginning with another consult. Hire better people or improve your processes or training.
