the new management is so so so bad all the time she is not available and the office always closed and after hours you can't reach them by emergency phone no. they shut it down so why they give this phone no. ? and when you ask for a maintenance you have to wait for 2 or 3 weeks to fix it very slow reaction . i expect that most of the tenets will move soon bad bad management .

These managers are racist and attention hogs!!!!! But its a good place to live if you are a convicted felon with a bad history cause if you get into anykind of trouble and someone else does something wrong then you will have the cops called on you even for the least of problem that was caused. Oh make sure you do not have kids!!!!! The neighbors here think they dont have to watch they're kids but if you take you eye off your kids for even a second. Crooks, place smell like cigarettes, it comes in from the AC/Heater, I was ill and had to move, they kept $1190 of mine, even though Fair Housing said I had a right to all my monies back according to CA Law, I am disabled and they took advantage of this, knowing I could not afford a lawyer and that Fair Housing is on the take from the realtors, because they refused to do anything too. Shame on them and stay away from these people, crooks and thieves, will lie to your face to get you in!!!

The management has closed the weight room down several times under the pretext of doing the maintenance.
