They will treat you nice moving and after you move out they send you an invoice wanting more money from you. They are crooked.

Recommendedthis complex has changed drastically in The Last 5 Years. we have a great office staff. we have a great maintenance crew. we now have security gates which we didn't have for many years. and I truly believe the staff tries hard. we are very comfortable here and feel very secure. they keep it clean and all bills are paid. Rude staff, starts evictions after 5 days of non-payment, despite serious medical issues, they have lots of great activities like is that a gunshot or firework game, the turning water off when you are in the shower, what breed of dog has been barking nonstop, ac will only be turned on after a month of promises it will be on next week. I loved living here! I would still be there except I was on the 3rd floor and my dog was getting older. Too hard on her. I definitely recommend this place!!
Thank you Desert Creek for putting up gates to keep those workers (and others who don't live here) from racing through here. I bet they did cause some damage and I am glad they didn't do any worse. I am not bugged that they like to drive through here. I get it but, they have no reason to tear through like maniacs. Also, thanks for the trouble you guys went through for today. It was all beautiful . Plus, I kept seeing stuff in the shape of hearts on the way back home. That should be a good sign of some sort. :)
Welcome to Desert Creek, where crooks can easily access the complex and ruin your day (multiple times in a few months, if you're lucky)! If you like an office staff that is incompetent at best and horrendous at worst, you'll love it here too. (On a serious note, I actually must commend the community manager who is also unreliable for contact, but gives a good impression about caring if nothing else.) Need to renew? I want to thank Leanne and her staff for always being professional and polite on the phone or as a walk in. They always take care of any concerns or maintenance issues I might have.It always gets taken care on time. My only frustration has been for all the time the water had been turned off. And sometimes without notice.But other then that my living here has been great. Thanks again.
