First impressions are huge, especially if you are seeking therapy, which is a vulnerable position for people. I called to make my first appointment and was hung up on. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and called again and told them I was hung up and was not even given an apology and the lady sounded unconcerned about hanging up on a new client.
