First impressions are huge, especially if you are seeking therapy, which is a vulnerable position for people. I called to make my first appointment and was hung up on. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and called again and told them I was hung up and was not even given an apology and the lady sounded unconcerned about hanging up on a new client. Stressed because they screwed up my appointment time and it is almost 30 miles round trip. Not happy. No one cares to help me about their mistakes just nothing.
