Run, run, run from this provider. The City automatically enrolls you in their most expensive program which is orders of magnitude more expensive than SCE's generation and they hide it in their bill until the end of the year when they spring a four digit bill on you. Even if your bill is coming from SCE you are probably purchasing generation from these people and being price gouged. You have an option to opt out of this.

This company is a massive scam perpetrated on the public, under express authority of the State and your local city. Vote differently. I "owed" them over $800 dollars after I produced more electricity than I used in a year, so I essentially paid to provide them with excess electricity which they sold to others at double the rate of SCE. They parade as a "non-profit" but this hides the fact that they just push the money out the door as excessive, unjustified, salaries. $90 bill jumped to $800 AFTER my solar was activated. I Don't Think So!!!!!! To my surprise a super helpful guy at SCE explained it all and went over my bill with me, page by page, to show the shady garbage DCE pulls. I opted out of DCE immediately. At this point I don't see a way to fight the bill.

Poor customer service. Never talk to someone on the 1st attempt. Way overdue on my true- up balance that was due in May. When I reached them in August, told I would receive my check in October. Five months later, still waiting...
