I'm sorry but there are some really weird reviews here. Here's my experience: I've lived here nearly two years. It's so quiet. It's clean. It's convenient. It has a GREAT central location for North Phoenix and North Scottsdale. My apartment has a GREAT kitchen, the best fixtures you can find in an apartment for the price (I love stainless steel and gas stoves!) From start to finish Desert Club and the staff have been amazing. Tony specifically was extremely helpful. We love our new home and the amenities are beautiful. Our whole relocation process was wonderful. Thank you!!
Called to find out if my employer qualified for waived admin fees and was told they weren’t big enough, nor in close enough proximity to qualify for that ... um hello have you heard of GoDaddy? We have over 5,000 employees and our Scottsdale location is less than 10 minutes by car (which is why you were on my short list) however if you are going to be that rude on the inquiry call how do you actually treat your residents???

Atrocious customer service while ending my 2 year lease. If you're looking for luxury look elsewhere as this property will nickel and dime tenants. Would never advise anyone to invest in living here. Good luck finding a competent employee around, the online system for paying rent is just as incompetent, the gym sucks and had broken equipment since the moment i moved in, and i could go on about the lack of amenities, poor customer service, and general shitty apartment but it would continue to apall me as it has for the past t... read more
