The quality of doctors sure has gone down hill. Sad. This use to be a very nice place.
I started coming here about a year ago. And the quality of doctors was phenomenal, they listened to you. They talked to you but now they have one girl in there, Her name is mercy and she doesn't do anything for patients. She comes in stares at her computer screen doesn't talk to you doesn't say anything. The quality of this place has just tanked. I’m appalled seriously with this health facility now known as Life kind. I had a Curonix PNS implanted in my shoulder on 4-9-25. I’ve been bullied into a scheme to making me go to the UTC program for 2 plus hours monthly to have any scripts. Since 2024 I have had procedures injections and weird as it seems the same day or one day later when I could not make the appointment to UTC program. I have been with them for a few years and I love Dr. Alainani he's helped so much with my pain. Now, for my husband it has been nothing but trouble with the staff. He's leaving voice mails after voice mails with no response. He needs paperwork done for disability and have been trying for a month to get it filled out. They made him schedule an appt again to get it filled out then asked why did he schedule an appt. We cant call and speak to anyone in the office about the status of the paperwork. Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve now been rescheduled twice, and after driving 45 minutes to make it to my appointment on time, I was told I need to reschedule again. I’ve tried calling multiple times—only to be put on hold, hung up on, or just never get through. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They only have a call center in Arizona, so there’s no way to speak with anyone local or accountable. Leaving a message? Don’t bother—they never call back.
