My first visit and I was in thee for about 2 hours. The doctor came in and listened and reacted in a way that I haven't seen doctors do in a long time . She has now got me off one of my medications that I've been taking for 20 years . This place cares and also do the doctors . Love this place .
I would not recommend Desert Care Network Neurology Office due to their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide adequate patient care. After experiencing a stroke, I was seen by their locum doctors, who advised me to be off work for three months because of ongoing deficits. However, they refused to provide the necessary medical documentation, work notes, or disability paperwork needed to support my recovery during that time. Very good care! Dr. Singh is very kind, patient and thorough and the office staff is lovely. I would definitely recommend their services.
I had surgery in December and continue to be plagued by falls and pain. Recently called them to help with a fall that has left me in extreme pain. No one has bothered to address my pain or concerns
Was a complete waste of time. Natalie Rue seemed to be under the influence of opioids.... And totally disregarded what I said during my appt. Office mgr. Still hasn't called me back to reschedule my appt. Went back down there in person and left a message with one of the office gals . Still no follow up . Guess they do not care about me or my medical needs. I can see why the star rating is not even a 2. Go somewhere else . This place is of no help medically.. . . .they just waste your time
