I am writing this review primarily for specific nurses and front desk staff that on every interaction on the phone or in person have been very unpleasant and unhelpful. Melissa and Victoria have been blatantly rude and disrespectful to my wife and have caused delay and problems with my care with their lack of attention and professionalism. Very good doctor
Avoid this place if at all possible. The reception and resident were friendly enough, but that’s as far as the positive things I have to say goes. A routine first visit and I spent 3 HOURS in this office after needing advance for a headache i had been experiencing for a solid week. When the Dr FINALLY came to the room, he was impatient, disrespectful, and accusatory; all with never having seen my file from my previous doctor or knowing me at all.
