I was supposedly sitting on HOLD when I heard the assistant say, "I don't like this lady." After several more minutes, I said, "Hello?" That's when she realized what happened and hung up on me. I have been going to this clinic since I got back to Palm Springs (Dec). They are staffed by residents. You never get to see the same doc twice in a row. I want to like this place but the communication here is awful. My first visit I waited in the lobby for over an hour beyond my appt time. By the time I left I’d been there for more than two hours. Second visit was a video visit. When I called to schedule an appt recently I was told they no longer do video visits, and they’re only open 8-5 M-F. I did forget to make an appointment so I have a long wait time — my fault.
I had a horrible experience there with my grandkids. They have incompetent people at the front desk and they are punishing children because of it. I don't recommend this office to anyone.
