The staff was very helpful and sweet. They were the only good thing about my appt. The person who I saw (Thomas Berry) was not helpful whatsoever. I’m literally there because of my knee. He is ending our appt after an X-ray on my hip?? And I said so what about my knee?? He turns, and says “what about your knee?” I was stunned it’s what I am there for, I need an MRI and he said MRIs are really expensive and insurance doesn’t always cover. The staff here is amazing!! Super friendly very knowledgeable and helpful
Think twice! Their pre-questionaire is overly intrusive and completely inappropriate. Asking questions related to partners/spouses, etc. When we called to bring our concerns to their attention, we were greeted with poor phone skills and a poor attitude. We cancelled the appointment. A short time later we received a call from the office from another staff member who was just as rude as the first. We will move on to another, less intrusive, friendlier clinic. I recommend you do the same.
