Unfortunately, I received horrifying primary care from Desert Care Network Primary & Specialty Care. I was told and scheduled to see a D.O but instead, day of, I saw a dangerously unskilled resident physician. I did not receive the care I needed, and left defeated and humiliated. If you also have an upsetting appointment with them, please get a second opinion if at possible.
Front desk helpful and pleasant. Dr. Trent Dale is excellent. He makes sure he covers everything, listens to you and professional. Highly recommended!.
Dr. Singh is nothing short of amazing. He goes the extra mile every time and shows genuine care, which is hard to find anymore. Well done doc. We love you!
The office staff does not know the meaning of customer service. If you want to be treated badly for asking questions about your health and/or insurance, then you will love the receptionist. Also, you will be in constant medical limbo with doctors since they constantly rotate.
I have always had a pleasant experience with the office staff. They are wonderful but, my experience with Ms Coto PA-C was not as pleasant. My appointment was at 1:20 and I was taken back to the room at 1:16. She arrived 27 minutes late from the appointment time. I can understand 15 minutes late or taking an extended lunch but, don’t schedule patients.
