It’s possible that you might find a worse doctor in the Coachella Valley, but you will have to look very very hard. Negligent, arrogant, reckless, and completely checked out. You’ll be lucky if he’s looked at your chart. Never listens. Doesn’t like to receive messages. Loves to overmedicate. Cancels appointments frequently. Just … the worst.
too many barriers between patient and medical staff. 9 women at reception desk: one standing, on computer helping patients check in for appointments. 8 (!!!) women sitting around horseshoe, facing toward each other away from their work space counters, all talking and laughing loudly. and that behavior continued. entire office very crowded , seems confused, disorganized. no security anywhere. impossible to reach actual medical personnel.
I have no experience with actually seeing this doctor because after waiting 2 months for my appointment he cancelled it less than 2 weeks before for a vacation. Now they want to reschedule me out another 6+ weeks when I will no longer be here. Yet another example of the poor service through Eisenhower.
His office staff are rude * all he talks about is skiing
