I went there for oil change and brake job and was very impressed with their customer service. Fast and courteous. Also gave me a list of things to look at without the usual pushy sales pitch. BTW if you're new to the area like me it's a little hard to find. It's on the corner on Williams Field and Val Vista behind Sonic.
I've taken my car to DCC twice now. My last experience was for my car's 60K mile checkup. Dan was very thorough to explain what would be done, was done and why or why not. I didn't even have to ask. Everyone was very friendly making it a pleasurable and satisfying experience.
I got stranded nearby and had my car towed there because of the good reviews. They charged me $1,400 for a new radiator and cooling fans. A couple weeks later I started having more problems. When I opened the hood I saw that had left out multiple bolts (that I could see- who knows how many that I couldn't see.) When brought it in to my regular guy he said I paid way too much and was pretty disgusted about all the missing bolts. I will never go back.

I went in to Desert Car Care Center of Gilbert because our car had several things wrong with it. The service manager, Keith, told me he would run tests to see what was wrong and assured me we would get to the root of the problems. When he called to give me the run down of everything he'd found...I was floored to know that he had done additional research to find out that my car had a recall on it and that he called the dealership to see if they had the recall part.
