They explain what procedures they are doing & the staff is very friendly.
I have not been to the dentist in very long time and knew there were going to be issues pertaining to my dental work. In the past, dental staff had been judgmental and condescending and that had kept me from going in. However, today, staff treated me with the utmost respect. They provided direct information, they were respectful and non judgmental. They were not rude or disrespectful or condescending at all. They made me feel comfortable, valued and respected.
