Check-in was very easy. The staff was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit . I prefer upstairs because there isn't any stomping on your head. And that's anywhere. The unit was clean. There were a couple of minor issues. The dishwasher bottom rack was all janky. It didn't roll well. Also, the toilet. in the hallway bathroom kept running. I called and reported it. The 2 bedroom is roomy and had all the amenities. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned since installed let alone vacuumed. There was spiders in corners, the sliding doors sills were dirty and there was a dead roach in master bathroom. The first day we went to the pool there were so many bugs In the pool my friend and I were skimming the pool ourselves. When we asked for a net the guy came and hung it on the fence and left.
