I can guarantee that the negative reviews on here are from people that have never lived here or didn’t qualify. Desert breeze is one of the few apartments in town that are managed by caring and well involved property management company. Currently working on a few exterior improvements but overall, great place to live at. I’ve lived here since 2018.
They do not supply refrigerators in the apartments. You have to supply your own. Do not rent here.
You have a better chance of solving California's homeless crisis then getting maintenance to come fix something at your apartment, and they are quick to raise your rent early
