I was supposed to have a video visit at 6:30pm on a Friday but nothing was sent to me in order to join and no one answers the phone so I'm just left hanging. Thanks for nothing but more anxiety in my life!

Best Doctor and staff, good vibe and they listen to my needs and wants. They also offer virtual appt which is great when I cant make it in person. I recommend them. They do go out of their way to make sure their patients are taken care of.
No one ever answers the phone! I’ve called and left messages trying to get a new therapist with the office which I got no call back. They called to confirm my appt the day before and now today is suppose to be my virtual visit 20mins no call so I called them to where I find out they inactivated me and cancelled my appt without telling me. I’m extremely frustrated with this office especially the front desk staff that never get it right or call back this office needs better people on the phones
