I had a great experience with Paulie today I came in and she was very informative, professional, and listened thoroughly with what I needed. She is one of the best Front desk vets I ever experienced. Shoutout to Paulie she deserves a raise promotion and acknowledgment of all she does at Ark Vets. God bless this establishment and it is covered by the blood of Jesus Amen!
I brought in my 3 year old pup bc she had a non productive cough and was not acting her usual energetic self. They ran blood work, noticed her WBC count was elevated and did X-rays which showed she had a lot of gunk in her lungs & assumed it was pneumonia. Not sure if they checked for valley fever, I was not told anything about it besides that it could be something to consider. Brought my pup in after she cut her leg and the whole team worked so fast to help her! Dr Cal and Kayla quickly assessed her injury and stapled her right up. 10/10 will go to this hospital for all my urgent needs!

Jennifer made me elated with how well she handled my Pitbull mix. I was told by other vets that she needed sedation to be examined when she’s just a scared, vocal girly sometimes lol
