I would like to show massive appreciation to a Tech named Josh. I have recently installed a desert air dehumidifier. And was starting the commissioning process and called desert Air and they transferred me to Josh. Josh took a lot of time to help me figure out what was wrong. Been a DA service tech for 10 yrs, the tech guys here always super helpful in helping me figure things out. Great company 👍
They may dehumidify a pool area but they're technical support is terrible. Coming from a service technician this is one of the most important things that desert Air does not have their act together on. Typically on older equipment if it's broken and you need a schematic the response is sometimes good luck.
I'm learning my way through the HVAC world and had to ask some questions from the service dept. Pete could tell I didn't have much experience with what I was talking about. He was quick but dually respectful and a great help. Thank you Pete!
