Spencer, Alex, Vanessa and team are awesome! Fast, expert, easy to deal with and they really care. Fair and honest. They really helped me out quickly with a tricky plumbing issue.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Desert Air. I checked with 5 different A/C companies and they were all super busy. I chose Desert Air because they were the only ones available to come out right away. The tech came out on time and was very responsive. We paid the standard dispatch fee charged for an A/C company visit, in this case $129 (most companies only charge around $89.) We ended up spending an additional $500 for the "A/C Start Up Pm/No Contract" + " Outdoor Coil Cleaning-Moderate." The work summary... read more
They were fast reliable and respectful. I got a quote from another company that seemed outrageous and wasn't going to be able to fit us in before the winter for a new AC unit. We contacted Desert Air and had a quote and timeline that was much more reasonable. Payment has been easy and they were respectful when I had issues on my end. They got a whole brand new AC and furnace installed in a day and a half over the weekend which was greatly appreciated. They were respectful of my home and my time while they were here.
