Great service. We purchased a new air conditioner and throughout the process, everything was explained. Also, all charges and discounts were shown prior to us deciding to go through with purchase. I had the best experience today with the stellar customer service provided by Desert Air Conditioning specifically with Adan M. Adan quickly identified the problem with my air conditioner and the repair was completed very quickly. Adan was very polite and conscientious. I will definitely ask for him if I need repairs in the future. 10-23-25 Today I had my winter service call done by Gilbert Nova.
